These Subscription Terms hereinafter referred to as the Terms are supplementary binding service rules formulated for all paid subscription and value added service behaviors of the Kaely application. This document systematically defines all rules concerning subscription plan types, preferential billing mechanisms, dual coin wallet deduction priorities, exclusive member privileges, service validity management and usage specifications. All users who purchase, activate or renew Kaely paid subscription services are deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all clauses of these Terms.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data. All subscription privilege verification, subscription coin deduction records, paid service logs and user creation data generated after activating Kaely subscription are completely processed and stored locally on user devices. No facial data, creation content and subscription usage information will be acquired or reserved outside the local device in any service scenario.
All paid subscription value added services of Kaely are developed based on the application's local AI portrait creation system. The activation of subscription privileges only unlocks exclusive functional permissions and preferential billing qualifications through local program identification. It will not change the pure local closed loop processing mode of user creation data. The entire subscription service operation process relies on local device computing, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
These Terms apply to all subscription plans officially launched by Kaely including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi annual subscription and annual subscription. All behaviors such as subscription purchase, automatic renewal, manual renewal, subscription coin consumption and exclusive privilege usage are all constrained by these Terms. All subscription related operation records are stored locally only, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Kaely subscription service is an exclusive paid member right for individual portrait creators. Compared with ordinary free users, subscribed users can enjoy tiered subscription discounts, priority service support and exclusive creation privileges, effectively reducing the unit cost of local AI portrait creation. All subscription privilege experience processes are completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Kaely provides four standardized cyclic subscription plans to meet users' short term, medium term and long term portrait creation needs. The available subscription types cover weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi annual subscription and annual subscription. Users can independently select the appropriate subscription cycle according to personal usage frequency and creation demands.
Kaely implements a long cycle preferential discount rule for all subscription services. All paid subscription modes enjoy exclusive preferential prices compared with single functional payment and temporary coin consumption. The longer the subscription cycle purchased by users, the higher the discount intensity and the lower the average daily usage cost. Annual subscription enjoys the highest overall discount advantage, followed by semi annual subscription, monthly subscription and weekly subscription in sequence. Long term subscribed users can continuously enjoy platform exclusive preferential subsidies. All preferential settlement data is calculated and recorded locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
The validity period of all subscription plans is calculated from the moment the user's local payment order takes effect. Weekly subscription is valid for seven consecutive natural days. Monthly subscription is valid for one complete natural month. Semi annual subscription lasts for six consecutive natural months. Annual subscription covers twelve consecutive natural months. All validity periods are based on the local time of the user device, and member privileges are automatically activated immediately after successful payment.
Kaely adopts a unique dual coin wallet mode consisting of permanent purchased coins and subscription reward coins. Purchased coins obtained through official in app purchases are retained as permanent local balance. Subscription coins are exclusive one time reward assets issued after users activate valid subscription plans. All wallet balance data and change records are only stored in the user's local device private directory. All wallet data changes are recorded locally without external transmission, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
In all local AI portrait generation, video creation and functional usage scenarios that require coin consumption, the system will automatically prioritize the consumption of valid subscription coin balance for deduction and settlement. When the subscription coin balance is sufficient to cover the consumption cost, no permanent purchased coins will be consumed. Only when subscription coins are exhausted will the system deduct permanent purchased coin balance. This priority deduction rule is permanently effective for all subscribed users.
Subscription reward coins are exclusive time limited virtual assets that can only be used and consumed during the valid subscription period of users. All subscription coin usage behaviors must be completed within the current active subscription term. Once the user's subscription period expires without renewal, all unused subscription coin balances will be immediately invalidated and automatically and completely cleared by the local system. Expired subscription coins cannot be used, recovered, accumulated, deferred or converted in any form. Users shall reasonably arrange the consumption of subscription coins within the valid subscription duration to avoid automatic invalidation caused by expiration. The entire coin clearing and invalidation process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All subscribed users enjoy exclusive tiered preferential billing rights. Long cycle subscription users can obtain lower average unit prices and occasional limited time preferential activities. This mechanism effectively reduces the comprehensive cost of users' daily local AI portrait creation and video production. All preferential billing records are stored locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Subscribed users enjoy full scenario priority service support privileges. Users can preferentially experience the latest local AI algorithm optimization, portrait rendering effect upgrade and subtle motion video effect iteration earlier than ordinary free users. In terms of functional consultation, abnormal problem feedback and usage guidance, subscribed users can obtain priority response and targeted professional support services.
Valid subscribed users can unlock exclusive high level creation privileges matching different subscription cycles, including higher portrait rendering fidelity, richer subtle motion effect parameters and more stable video generation quality. All exclusive functions run based on local AI programs to help users produce high standard personal portrait works. All exclusive creation behaviors are processed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data contained in user creation works.
All Kaely subscription plans adopt a default automatic renewal mechanism. Unless users actively turn off the automatic renewal function in advance through device subscription management settings, the subscription service will be automatically renewed for the same cycle at the prevailing standard price upon expiration. Users authorize the official payment channel to complete automatic deduction when the billing period expires.
After the subscription period expires without active renewal, all exclusive member privileges including preferential billing, priority service support and subscription coin priority deduction qualification will be automatically terminated. All unconsumed subscription coins and exclusive creation quotas will be completely cleared locally without deferred retention. The user service mode will automatically revert to the basic free usage state. All expired data clearing behaviors are completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Users can actively renew or upgrade their subscription plans at any time during the valid subscription period. The renewed valid duration will be automatically accumulated on the basis of the remaining time of the current subscription. After upgrading to a longer cycle subscription plan, users will immediately obtain higher level discount benefits and full set of exclusive member privileges.
All Kaely subscription member privileges and subscription coin benefits are limited to the user's personal non commercial local creation use. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling, leasing or gifting subscription qualifications and virtual coin assets to any third party. Any unauthorized commercial trading and profit making behavior of subscription rights is deemed invalid.
Subscribed users shall abide by Kaely User Agreement and standardized usage norms when enjoying exclusive subscription privileges. Users are prohibited from using high quality creation privileges to produce illegal, inappropriate and infringing portrait works. All non compliant creation behaviors and subsequent liabilities shall be independently borne by users. The application does not collect any facial data of users and does not bear joint liability for user non compliant behaviors.
If users seriously violate platform usage rules, conduct improper subscription right trading or illegal content creation, Kaely has the right to terminate the user's exclusive subscription privileges in advance. After privilege termination, users will no longer enjoy all preferential and priority services. Privilege termination will not trigger any data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All completed subscription payments and consumed subscription coin assets are final and non refundable. The platform will not provide partial refunds, proportional refunds or credit replacements for unused subscription time, unconsumed creation quotas and residual virtual benefits. Users shall independently confirm the subscription cycle, price and service content before purchasing subscription services. The refund rule implementation process does not involve any user data reading and collection, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Kaely reserves the right to optimize and adjust subscription plan prices, preferential rules, subscription coin usage mechanisms and exclusive privilege contents according to product function iteration and service upgrade. The updated terms will be displayed in the application interface for user viewing. Continued use of subscription services by users is deemed full recognition of the updated terms. All term adjustments will always adhere to the local processing principle, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
