This User Agreement hereinafter referred to as the Agreement is formulated to standardize the usage norms, functional permissions and service rules of the Kaely application. This document clarifies the usage rights, operation specifications and service constraints of all users accessing and using Kaely local AI portrait creation services. All users who open, install and use the application functions shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Agreement without reservation.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data. All portrait generation, video rendering, data calculation and record storage functions of Kaely are completed through local AI operation on user devices. No user portrait content, facial feature information and operation logs will be reserved outside the user's personal device in any usage scenario.
Kaely is a professional local AI portrait studio application for mobile devices, focusing on lightweight personal portrait creation services. The application provides two core creation modules including Home static portrait generation and Video dynamic portrait production. Users can upload single person front photos to generate high-fidelity photorealistic static portraits and create delicate portrait short videos with subtle motion effects. All finished works can be saved to local history records, exported to device photo albums and shared through local channels. All creation processes are driven by local AI computing, all creation data is stored only on the user's local device, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Kaely adopts a permanent account free usage mechanism. Users do not need to complete registration, login, real-name verification or personal information binding. All core creation functions, wallet functions, export and sharing functions can be used directly after opening the application. The whole usage process maintains complete anonymity and privacy. Without any account information interaction and data uploading links, the application has no access to user private content and does not collect any facial data.
All services provided by Kaely are limited to users' personal non-commercial creation and entertainment use. Users can use local AI portrait creation functions to produce personal portrait works for social display, personal collection and daily aesthetic use. Any commercial profit, secondary packaging and paid dissemination of application functions and generated works are not allowed. Within all personal service scopes, the application adheres to local closed-loop processing and does not collect any facial data of users.
Users have full independent control over all operation behaviors and creation content in Kaely. Users can independently upload local portrait photos, trigger local AI static portrait rendering and dynamic video generation, view local creation history, preview finished works, export files and complete local sharing. All operation decisions are completely controlled by users. All operation behaviors and generated portrait content are only stored locally on the user device, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
When using Kaely local AI creation services, users shall abide by public order and good customs and standardized usage norms. Users are prohibited from using the application to create inappropriate, offensive, illegal and infringing portrait works. Users are prohibited from tampering with local application programs, modifying local AI algorithm files, cracking functional permissions and interfering with normal local operation of the application. All non-compliant usage consequences shall be independently borne by users. The application always maintains local processing characteristics and does not collect any facial data regardless of user operation behaviors.
All data generation, AI calculation, image rendering and video synthesis of Kaely are completed in the user's local device environment. The application does not have any external data transmission and backup channels. All uploaded photos, generated portraits, dynamic videos and operation records only exist in the user's local private file directory. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Users have the ultimate management right of all local data generated by Kaely. Users can browse and sort local creation history at any time, preview all static and dynamic portrait works, export works to device albums, and actively delete single creation files or clear all local creation records and source materials. After active deletion, all corresponding local data will be completely cleared without any residual cache or backup. All facial information contained in user creation content is fully managed by users themselves, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Kaely's pure local operation mode effectively avoids external leakage risks of user portrait data. Users shall be independently responsible for the security of their device environment and local creation data. Users shall prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing local devices and viewing local portrait works. The application does not collect or store any user facial data, so there is no risk of facial data leakage caused by the application.
Kaely adopts a dual coin wallet operation mode including purchased coin balance and subscription coin balance. Purchased coins obtained through official in-app purchases will be retained as permanent local balance. Subscription coins are exclusive reward assets obtained by activating subscription services. All wallet balance data and change records are only stored in the user's local device. All wallet data records are completed locally without external interaction, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
During all local AI creation and functional usage processes, the application will prioritize the consumption of valid subscription coin balance for deduction. When subscription coin balance is insufficient, permanent purchased coin balance will be used for supplementary deduction. All deduction behaviors are completed through local data verification and local balance update. The coin priority consumption mechanism runs locally throughout the whole process, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Users can activate Kaely subscription services to obtain exclusive member privileges and one-time subscription coin rewards. All subscription privilege verification, functional unlocking and reward issuance are completed through local program identification. Paid subscription services are only used for personal non-commercial creation. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling and leasing subscription privileges and subscription coin assets. The activation and use of subscription privileges do not change the local processing mode, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All intellectual property rights of Kaely including local AI algorithm framework, application interface design, functional layout, program code and exclusive creation rules are fully protected. Users only obtain limited personal non-commercial usage rights during the use of the application. No individual or organization may copy, decompile, modify, crack or commercially use the core resources of the application without authorization.
All static portrait works and dynamic portrait videos independently created by users through Kaely local AI functions belong to the users themselves. Users can freely preview, export, save and share personal creation works for non-commercial purposes. The application does not occupy any ownership and usage right of user creation works. The whole creation process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data contained in user creation works.
Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for the authenticity, legality and compliance of uploaded portrait photos, creation behaviors and generated works. If user creation and sharing behaviors cause intellectual property disputes or inappropriate consequences, users shall bear all corresponding responsibilities independently. The application does not participate in user content creation and does not collect any facial data of users, so it does not bear joint liability for user non-compliant behaviors.
Kaely will regularly carry out local AI algorithm optimization, functional experience iteration and detail effect upgrade according to user usage feedback. All version updates and resource replacements are completed locally on the user device. The update process will not read, modify or upload any user local creation data and portrait files. Service iteration always adheres to local processing rules, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Individual functions of the application may be temporarily unavailable due to local program maintenance, system adaptation and compatibility optimization. Temporary service adjustment will not affect the storage security and integrity of user local creation data. During all service maintenance cycles, the application still does not collect any facial data of users.
Kaely reserves the right to optimize and adjust the terms of this Agreement according to product function iteration and service upgrade. The updated agreement content will be displayed in the application interface for users to view. The continuous use of application services by users after the update is deemed to accept the adjusted terms. Any agreement update will not change the core local processing rule and the fundamental rule that the application does not collect any facial data of users.
If users seriously violate this Agreement and use the application for illegal creation, improper content production and unauthorized commercial behavior, Kaely has the right to terminate the user's service usage qualification. After the service right is terminated, users can still independently clean up all local data generated by the application on their devices. The termination of service qualification will not trigger any data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
